We are looking to add a Trailer Mechanic to our team at our Pottstown, PA location. Venezia Bulk Transport Inc., headquartered in Pottstown, PA is a specialized niche bulk carrier with over 700 trucks, 1800 trailers, 21 terminal locations in 12 states, and 800 employees that service customers in 48 states and Canada.

The position is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm. Any hours over 40 will be paid as overtime.
This position comes with a competitive hourly wage and a $1,500 sign on bonus!
Job Summary:
- Mechanic will perform all assigned Maintenance services on Tractors such as PMs, Brakes, Tire changes, Drum replacements, Electrical work, changing of parts such as alternators, starters, wiper motors, etc.
- Inspect, trouble shoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on equipment.
- Order and repair or replace any defective parts, components or systems
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
- Completes all work within a safe and timely manner.
- Completes required paperwork associated with repairs, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with company and regulatory standards- performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Maintain open and timely communication with upper management.
Requirements:
- CLASS A CDL HIGHLY PREFERRED/ Welding experience a PLUS
