What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Venerable Concepts?
30th St Market Bakery & Holey Rollers Donuts in the Paseo district of Oklahoma City is looking for a baker to join our talented and passionate bakery team. We are located at 407 Nw 30th St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, self starter & a team player and is passionate about baking and the details! Shifts are early mornings and weekends are required. Please do not apply if you can not work these hours.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters and dough
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form donuts, cookies, sweet rolls, muffins, and other sweet treats
- Basic knowledge of how to Proof & Bake and Fry
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain daily orders and inventory
- Potential to work a cross shift as a cafe cashier when needed
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker required
