We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to manage the full sales cycle — from initial client conversation through closed deal — and hand off completed sales to our Project Management team for production.
Venegas Designs is a Los Angeles-based custom furniture and millwork studio specializing in high-end, made-to-order pieces for homeowners, interior designers, and commercial clients nationwide. Our projects range from single custom sofas and dining tables to full office and commercial build-outs, with project values ranging from several thousand to over $100,000.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, the company website, and client referrals
- Conduct discovery calls and Zoom consultations to understand each client's project scope, timeline, materials, and budget
- Present Venegas Designs' process, capabilities, and product offerings in a professional and consultative manner
- Close sales across a wide range of project sizes, from individual custom pieces to full commercial build-outs
- Maintain accurate, daily activity within the company CRM, including lead notes, pipeline updates, and follow-up tasks
- Prepare complete client briefs for handoff to the Project Manager upon close
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications:
- Sales experience in a high-ticket, consultative environment
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience conducting professional sales calls and presentations via Zoom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
- Ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism and confidence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling luxury goods, custom products, furniture, interior design services, or related industries
- Experience working with interior designers, architects, or commercial clients
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission on closed revenue. Full compensation package will be discussed with qualified candidates and structured to reward strong performance on high-value projects.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
