- Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from requirements gathering and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive digital solutions.
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, information architecture diagrams, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user acceptance testing to refine designs based on real-world feedback and analytics.
- Develop responsive web designs optimized for various devices including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.
- Apply best practices in accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ensure designs are inclusive for all users.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information clearly through engaging visual elements.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, interaction design, and experience design.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or React Express.
- Skilled in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Zeplin, Adobe XD or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and requirements gathering processes.
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms or digital product development projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret user research data and analytics from tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), web accessibility standards, RESTful APIs integration, and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly across teams; experience with tools like Jira or Visio is a plus.
