What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager – Civil Construction (Demolition, Excavation, Concrete) position at Venditti?
About the Role
We are hiring a Project Manager with real experience managing civil construction work. This includes demolition, excavation, concrete, and underground wet utilities.
We operate almost entirely as a subcontractor, so this role is built around working directly with General Contractors. You need to be comfortable managing relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving without creating friction.
You will be managing multiple projects at the same time. The expectation is that you stay organized, stay ahead of issues, and keep a clear handle on both the financial and operational side of every job.
This is a systems-driven role. We are not looking for someone who relies on paper or loose tracking. You should be comfortable working inside platforms like Procore, handling most things digitally.
