Responsibilities
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Onboarding of new hires and setting them up in payroll system.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the office.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in typing and using various office software.
- Experience as a HR Admin.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
