NYC (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
We’re looking for a motivated, driven Sales Development Representative to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning the sales process, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Prior SDR experience is not required, but sales experience or experience in financial services /a related industry is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Learn the product, customer profiles, and value proposition
- Maintain accurate activity and notes in CRM tools
- Partner with sales and marketing to support pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience or financial services / industry experience strongly preferred
- Background in customer-facing roles a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work from our NYC office 3 days per week
