Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.
Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, NewtonX.
We are offering a paid internship to an entry-level person looking to break into tech and startups. This is an onsite NYC role for a local college or MBA student who can commit around 20 hours/week during the fall/winter semester. This could develop into a full-time role for the right person.
The intern will handle various administrative, research, or operational tasks for the operations and data teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience building a new product line at the intersection of customer success, sales, and AI development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding, quality reviews and maintenance of event data
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to generate and manage sensitive datasets
- Review and resolve data errors in the database; collaborate with team on patterns and potential signals
- (optional) Use SQL and dashboarding tools to perform data analysis to identify insights about events, attendees, and organizations attending events
- Based in New York City and able to work from our midtown office
- Available ~20 hours per week
- Detail-oriented with high level of ownership
- Can-do attitude willing to take on whatever projects are needed
