What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Engineer position at Vendavo?
Vendavo is seeking for a Support Engineer role who will be responsible for maintaining,troubleshooting and supporting the products. The role bridges technical Support, business understanding and Customer service.

- Proficiency in SQL is essential - you must be able to independently write and execute queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills, comfortable reading application logs and stack traces to identify root causes.
- Excellent written and spoken English - you will engage directly with enterprise customers and be expected to communicate complex technical findings clearly and professionally.
- End-to-end ownership of customer cases, from intake through resolution - reliable, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to replicate reported issues and document bugs or enhancement requests accurately for engineering teams.
- Experience with JIRA or Salesforce is a plus, but can be learned on the job.
- Flexibility to work EMEA hours as part of a global support team.
