What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Worker position at Venango Training and Development Center?
The VTDC in Seneca is hiring a full time Support Professional. The position is responsible for supporting participants with intellectual/developmental or mental health disabilities in facility-based and/or community-based activities and assisting while participants are volunteering in the community.

This position requires the person to obtain an Act 34 clearance and Motor Vehicle Report and possess a valid driver’s license. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
