About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Merrimack, NH.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, develop long-term customer relationships, and drive business growth across your assigned territory through both inside and outside sales activities.
Responsabilities
Sales and Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing opportunities.
- Develop and grow business within the assigned territory and target industries.
- Identify new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
- Conduct regular customer visits within the assigned territory.
- Understand customer needs and provide commercial and technical solutions.
- Represent Venair at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project follow-up.
- Handle customer requests related to certifications, quality requirements, and documentation.
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline updates.
- 1 year of experience in Business Development, or Technical Sales.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting, customer visits, and territory management.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- New Hampshire or Massachusetts residents.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Base salary performance bonus ($65,000 – $85,000 OTE).
