As a new yet rapidly growing brokerage, we currently have more leads than agents and are seeking motivated full-time Sales Agents to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers across Queens with professionalism and care
- Conduct client consultations and show homes primarily in Forest Hills and surrounding neighborhoods
- Stay informed on Queens market trends, pricing, and inventory
- Maintain pipelines and follow-ups through our CRM
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, and mentorship sessions
- Build strong relationships with local clients, lenders, attorneys, and service partners
- Deliver a polished, high-touch customer experience aligned with Velvet’s standards
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, coachable, and consistent with follow-up
- Familiarity with Queens neighborhoods (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Tech-comfortable with CRM systems and agent tools
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
