Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment to dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces effectively
- Be able to handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met to promote a healthy living environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences professionally
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients
- Manage custodial tasks related to home organization and upkeep
- Assist with light personal assistant tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality (hotel or housekeeping management) is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is mandatory for timely arrival at client locations
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking, laundry management, custodial experience, or hotel housekeeping expertise
