Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, realiable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Assistant to join and support our growing team. This role is vital for someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and coordinating multiple calendars
  • Drafting professional emails and correspondence to clients and vendors
  • General administrative support including filing and document organization
  • Preparing documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Managing and sending documents via DocuSign
  • Assisting with basic social media tasks
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and email
  • Supporting seasonal workload increases as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles that involve direct interaction with clients or visitors.
  • Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar).
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to support diverse client needs (but not required).
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
