Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, realiable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Assistant to join and support our growing team. This role is vital for someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and coordinating multiple calendars
- Drafting professional emails and correspondence to clients and vendors
- General administrative support including filing and document organization
- Preparing documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Managing and sending documents via DocuSign
- Assisting with basic social media tasks
- Providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and email
- Supporting seasonal workload increases as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills.
- Previous experience in customer service roles that involve direct interaction with clients or visitors.
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar).
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to support diverse client needs (but not required).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
