We are looking for a Head of Client Performance to lead our Client Success, Paid Media, Technical SEO, and Syndication teams. Your Client Success Managers oversee Organic Search, Paid Media, and AI Search Optimization for their clients. You own client results and client retention across every channel we sell.
This is a hands on leadership seat. You will carry a small book of key accounts yourself, audit paid media accounts, pressure test organic strategy, and step into any client conversation where performance is on the line. You must be fluent in Organic Search, Paid Media, and AI Search Optimization, and confident enough with the numbers to tie every campaign back to revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Client Success, Paid Media, Technical SEO & Syndication
- Own client retention, renewals, and account growth across the full client portfolio
- Review Paid Media performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms, and step in to fix underperforming accounts
- Evaluate Organic Search strategy, including keyword targeting, content, technical SEO, and links, and explain results clearly to clients
- Guide AI Search Optimization strategy so clients earn visibility inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI answers
- Have a strong knowledge of running a key book of accounts personally
- Serve as the escalation point for at risk clients and lead every save conversation
- Run monthly and quarterly business reviews that tie performance to client revenue using ALTIERA Revenue Intelligence Platform
- Catch performance issues before clients do, and own the process that flags them early
- Partner with Sales on onboarding handoffs and with Content and Technical teams on delivery
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
What You'll Be Leading
- Organic Search campaigns built around revenue, not rankings alone
- Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon and Retail, Pinterest, Programmatic, and TikTok
- AI Search Optimization visibility, authority, and dominance inside AI answer engines
- ALTIERA Revenue Intelligence reporting that shows clients the revenue behind every campaign
- B2B and B2C clients, with a strong emphasis of ecommerce and DTC brands
What We're Looking For
- 7 years in agency client services, paid media, or search marketing
- 4 years managing a team
- Hands on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns, deep enough to audit and coach others
- Strong working knowledge of Organic Search and Technical SEO
- Current understanding of AI search and how brands earn visibility in AI answers
- Proven record of improving client retention and growing accounts
- Comfort with analytics, attribution, and revenue reporting
- Strong presentation skills with C Suite and senior marketing leaders
