Requirements
- Active Certified Residential Appraiser
- Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
- Motivated Self-starter with high energy
- Efficient time management & results driven
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Geographic competency in real estate trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
- Ability to complete physical property inspections
- No current or pending state disciplinary actions
- Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
