Duties

- Manage title processing tasks, including reviewing title commitments, resolving discrepancies, and preparing necessary documentation for closing
- Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy before final submission for recording
- Maintain organized records of all recorded documents and post-closing files for easy retrieval and audit readiness
