Position OverviewWe seek a technically skilled professional to provide dual support in ebike technical troubleshooting and warehouse operations management. This role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, warehouse coordination skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure seamless service for dealers, KOLs, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support (60%)
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical/software issues (e.g., battery faults, motor malfunctions)
- Previous experience in handling customer inquiries via phone or email is required, along with the ability to independently resolve technical issues for end customers
- Conduct on-site repairs using professional tools (torque wrenches, multimeters)
- Process warranty claims and returns with defect analysis
- Educate clients on maintenance best practices
2. Warehouse Operations (30%)
- Manage parts inventory (receiving/shipping QC, cycle counting)
- Maintain 5S warehouse standards with ≤2% inventory discrepancy
- Operate WMS/ERP systems for real-time stock updates
- Coordinate urgent parts deliveries for priority cases
3. Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
- Report recurring technical issues to engineering team
- Develop troubleshooting guides with video demonstrations
- Conduct monthly warehouse safety audits
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements
✓ 2 years in technical support warehouse operations
✓ Ebike mechanical mastery: Motor disassembly/brake system calibration
✓ Tool proficiency: Battery testers/calibration software
✓ Physical capability: Lift ≤50 lbs, work in -5℃–35℃ environments
✓ Education: Associate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
✓ Systems: CRM (Zendesk) WMS (SAP/QuickBooks)
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE/E-Bike Technician Certification
- LEVA -Lithium battery safety certification

Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year
