The Role: Associate Account Executive (SDR)
We’re on the hunt for competitive, curious, and coachable individuals who want to start their
sales career on a winning team. As an Associate Account Executive (AAE), you'll be the engine
behind our outbound pipeline—identifying, connecting with, and setting high-quality meetings
for our Account Executives with potential customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
accounts.
This is a launchpad role with a clear goal: earn your way into an Account Executive seat within
your first 12 months.
What You'll Do
• Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate net
new meetings
• Set monthly goals of 40 total meetings (segmented by account size)
o 20 with SMBs (under 500 employees)
o 15 with Mid-Market (500–2,000 employees)
o 5 with Enterprise (2,000 employees or 10,000 students)• Qualify prospects and schedule high-impact sales meetings for the AE team
• Maintain CRM hygiene and clear documentation of all outreach
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and targeting
• Learn the ropes of the sales process and shadow AEs to prep for your next step
What You’ll Earn
• Competitive base salary
• $1,000/month bonus for hitting your meeting targets (with at least 50% of meetings held)
• $500/month bonus if you hit 70% of target (also with 50% held rate)
