Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (VTRL) is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team for following hours: Monday-Friday between 7:00am-3:30pm!

What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records. With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records. With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence.
Job Duties:
- Verify and document parts deliveries accurately
- Maintain meticulous inventory records
- Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations
- Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- At least 1 year of experience in parts/inventory management
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift tests
