What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Specialist position at Velocity Tech Inc?

MUST HAVES:

  • At least 3 years dedicated to benefits and leave administration
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance requirements
  • High comfort level with HR systems and data integrity

NICE TO HAVE:

  • UKG experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment strongly preferred.
