What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHS Administrator position at Velocity Tech Inc?
Must Have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (not warehousing)
- Experience with operations or quality management
- Need someone that has been on safety teams
- OSHA experience
- Some leadership experience preferred (maybe have led safety teams)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Valid CA driver's license and proof of insurance
- Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred
- Need to be in one of their locations full-time (Yuba City or Manteca)
- Will travel between locations as needed (reimbursed mileage or use company car)
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in the agricultural or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 systems, or internal audit experience.
- Experience with EHS software systems (e.g., incident tracking, training management).
Salary : $71,000 - $81,000
