Responsibilities
- As a critical and meaningful role within organization, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the company by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner
- This position is also responsible for ensuring that excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Branch Manager
- Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes
- Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
- Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
- Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only
