Key Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features (Go/TypeScript) at velocity, owning end-to-end from conception to deployment.
- Lead architectural decisions, balancing speed/scalability; establish AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Collaborate with founders/customers on solutions; shape culture, recruit/mentor team.
Must-Haves
- 5 years full-stack engineering with leadership; VC-backed startup scaling (seed-Series B); AI project experience.
- High agency, self-driven; thrives in fast-paced ownership environments.
- CS undergrad preferred; no FAANG-only or front-end focus; stable history.
- Passion for AI experimentation; NYC in-office 3 days/week.
Compensation
- Salary: $180K-$250K
- Equity: 1-3%
- Bonus: 17.5% first-year
