Shift: Full-Time Days/Evenings/Weekends & Full-Time Night Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and scope of practice while monitoring patient progress
- Assess and document patient conditions and communicate changes as appropriate (vitals, lab-related observations, glucose levels, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments, including injections and IV therapies, with accurate documentation
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and assist with activities related to patient hygiene and comfort
- Observe for signs of complications such as infection or skin breakdown and respond with appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program (LPN/LVN)
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
- Minimum of 1,200 hours of LPN/LVN experience (if applicable)
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation as required for assigned responsibilities
- Experience with advanced clinical care (e.g., tracheostomy or ventilator support) preferred but not required
