We’re looking for a Title Abstractor/Researcher to join our team! This is a full-time hybrid role preferably based in Central/Southwestern Ohio, with travel required to counties throughout Ohio.

If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy research, and like the idea of digging into property histories to solve the puzzle of real estate ownership, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Search county records and online databases for deeds, liens, easements, and more
• Build accurate chains of title and identify potential issues
• Communicate findings clearly with our team and clients
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Travel to Ohio counties as needed for on-site research

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in title abstracting/research (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with public records and online systems
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and ability to adhere to deadlines

Details:

• Hybrid role (based in Ohio)
• Travel required to Ohio counties
• Annual salary: $40,000 – $50,000
