We’re looking for a Title Abstractor/Researcher to join our team! This is a full-time hybrid role preferably based near Chatham County, Georgia, with travel required to counties throughout Georgia.
If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy research, and like the idea of digging into property histories to solve the puzzle of real estate ownership, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Search county records and online databases for deeds, liens, easements, and more
- Build accurate chains of title and identify potential issues
- Communicate findings clearly with our team and clients
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Travel to Georgia counties as needed for on-site research
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in title abstracting/research (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with public records and online systems
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and ability to adhere to deadlines
Details:
- Hybrid role (based in Georgia - Chatham County preferred)
- Travel required to Georgia counties
- Annual salary: $45,000 – $55,000
