Wellness Sales Consultant – Weight Loss Program ($18-$25/hour + commission)

We’re looking for a sharp, people-loving sales professional to join our team as a Patient Sales Consultant for our award-winning Red Light Therapy program.

What You’ll Do

• Spend 1-on-1 time with new red-light patients during their first visit (60 minutes)
• Learn their goals, educate them on our system, and guide them into the best plan of care
• Present programs, overcome objections, and close the sale with clarity and empathy
• Collect payment and schedule their full program
• Track progress and celebrate client wins!

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who connects easily and makes people feel heard
• Excited by personal development, wellness, and results-driven transformation
• Naturally confident and skilled at asking for the sale — not pushy, but persuasive
• Comfortable presenting high-ticket wellness packages ($1,900–$4,000)
• Motivated by goals, commissions, and team performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, consulting, or client enrollment (wellness, medspa, fitness, coaching, or elective healthcare preferred)
• Available to work in-person at our office in Ypsilanti, MI
• Reliable, organized, and coachable
