Job Title: Full Cycle Recruiter

Location: Northwest Houston, TX (In Office)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Skilled Trade Recruiter to support our growing staffing and recruiting operations. This is an in-office role focused on full-cycle recruitment of skilled trades professionals across the Houston area.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and place candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, clients, and internal team members
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting platforms such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize workload effectively
• Knowledge of employment eligibility verification (I-9), onboarding processes, and employment compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of staffing agency recruiting experience in skilled trades or related industries - recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, or administrative positions
• Experience with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Familiarity with JobDiva or similar ATS systems
