Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Corporate and Business Unit leadership to design and execute global HR strategies, while overseeing daily operations across all HR functions — including talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, performance management, and policy administration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance that drives organizational success.
- Lead and execute the integration of HR processes and systems in support of ongoing mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide leadership and support to a global HR team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree and HR certification preferred.
- 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with global exposure.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of US domestic and international employment and labor law compliance.
- Technologically proficient, with experience in complex ERP systems preferred.
