We are seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to run new construction and remodel projects. This role involves installation of electrical systems, supervising electrical crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Installation of electrical systems from ground up construction to remodels
- Lead and supervise electrical teams on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems' integrity and compliance with standards.
- Manage daily operations on-site including safety compliance (OSHA), resource allocation, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, change orders, and project documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.
Experience
- Must have minimum 4 years experience in the field and have a Nevada journeyman electrician card
- Supervising experience in electrical construction projects within the industry
- Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction practices.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as mechanical benders, multimeters, lifting equipment and others job related equipment.
