- REMOTE SETTING: Save on the gas/commute and work from the comfort of your own home! You must have a minimum of 100Mbps download and 10Mbps upload service and must have a hardwire connection.
- SCHEDULE: The shift schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p EST.
Our Patient Advocate would process both inbound and outbound calls to articulate the benefits of laser therapy for pain management and assist with scheduling an appointment if appropriate. Some duties include:
- Converting potential patients into patients using empathy, educational information, and quality of life talk tracks.
- Providing responsive and professional interactions with prospective patients and center administrators.
- Utilizing necessary virtual resources and navigating multiple windows efficiently to research and provide relevant information to callers.
- Maintaining set performance metrics.
- Working with members of staff on identifying process improvements.
- Attending coachings and team meetings.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
We Are Looking For Those With The Following
- 2-3 years of receptionist and/or sales experience.
- Alternative medicine knowledge
- Experience in medical and/or physical therapy terminology is strongly desired.
- Associates degree preferred.
- A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
- Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills required.
- Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
- Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.
- The ability to interview on a computer with a camera.
- The completion of an internet speed test, background screening, and drug screening.
Salary : $14 - $15
