What You’ll Do:
- Administer, manage, and support the full suite of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Perform user and license management via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and security; generate reports and implement improvements as needed.
- Support hybrid identity environments and Azure AD Connect.
- Manage and troubleshoot email flow, mail routing, and spam filtering.
- Implement and maintain compliance policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and conditional access using Microsoft 365 Compliance Center and Intune.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of Microsoft 365 upgrades and feature deployments.
- Maintain documentation related to configuration, procedures, and user guides.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, releases, and emerging technologies; evaluate and recommend enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support initiatives such as migrations, integrations, and security audits.
- Manage and maintain on-premises storage system.
- Assist in troubleshooting other various technology-based issues as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation tasks.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Solid grasp of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and group management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center (DLP, retention, conditional access).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin and reporting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Microsoft certifications MS-100, MS-101, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and related security solutions.
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and application management with Intune.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk systems.
