Shift Schedule & Pay Rates

• Day Shift (AM): 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM — $26.00/hour (1 Position)
• Night Shift (PM): 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM — $27.00/hour (2 Positions)
  
  

Position Summary

Velociti Services is seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handling & Equipment Operators to support warehouse and distribution center operations in Spartanburg, SC. This role is responsible for operating industrial equipment, supporting battery change operations, and handling material movement including bale removal and loading operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate a multishifter in accordance with site requirements
• Perform battery change operations and support battery handling and maintenance
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within the facility
• Remove bales from balers and load them into trucks for outbound shipment
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Complete required logs and documentation accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operations and safety
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior forklift experience in warehouse, distribution, or industrial settings
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  
  

Certifications

• OSHA certification required or must be obtained upon hire
• PIT Certification required or must be obtained upon hire
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to perform physically demanding material handling tasks
  
  

Work Environment

This position operates in an active distribution center environment with powered industrial equipment, forklifts, and ongoing material movement. Strict adherence to safety protocols is required at all times.
