Screen Printer / Production Associate

Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Site
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)
VelociTees is a fast-growing custom apparel company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, racing apparel, school merchandise, and branded online stores. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Screen Printer / Production Associate to join our in-house production team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and works well in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run screen printing presses
- Load and unload garments during production runs
- Catch, fold, count, and box finished apparel
- Mix inks and assist with color matching
- Burn screens, reclaim screens, and prep jobs
- Inspect garments for print quality and consistency
- Assist with embroidery prep, packaging, and finishing as needed
- Keep production area clean and organized
- Help meet daily production deadlines
Qualifications
- Screen printing experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Experience in apparel production, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus
