Social Media Content Creator Intern

Veloce Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily and commercial real estate. We work closely with investors, developers, and industry professionals to acquire, develop, and manage real estate investments throughout the Northeast.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to help tell our story through engaging digital content while gaining real-world marketing experience.

Position Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience creating content for a growing real estate investment company. You’ll work alongside our leadership team to develop social media content, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and help showcase our projects, company culture, and educational content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating videos, taking photos, editing content, and staying up to date with social media trends. No real estate experience is required—just creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including reels, interviews, property tours, and company updates.
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Help plan and schedule social media content.
• Attend company events, networking functions, and property visits to capture content.
• Write captions and social media copy.
• Research content ideas and current social media trends.
• Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve content performance.
• Assist with podcast, webinar, and other marketing initiatives.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• Passion for content creation and social media.
• Comfortable using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Basic experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Position: Paid Internship (Part-Time)
• Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour
• Location: Hybrid – Hackensack, NJ
• Schedule: Approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility for class schedules
