Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers professionally to present products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and product demonstrations
- Maintain product knowledge, including pricing, features, and promotions
- Uphold merchandising and display standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Record sales activity and provide reporting support as required
- Contribute to achieving individual and team performance objectives
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferred not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, customer-focused retail environment
- A valid US license
- Must be 18 years or older
