A multi-state creditors' rights law firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Client Services Representative to assist with its consistently growing practice.
Applicant will be responsible for all communications between attorneys/collectors/paralegals and our firms' clients, educating our clients on the status of their accounts, and entering client requests and placements.
Good computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a high level of professionalism are important. Candidate must also be organized, hardworking, and committed to learning the interworking of a very specialized field.
No prior creditors rights, collections, legal, or client service experience required!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
