Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers in selecting AT&T wireless products, services, and accessories that best meet their needs, while providing an outstanding in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Recommend appropriate AT&T products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills
- Must be 18 years or older
