Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will assist in representing AT&T Wireless in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, educate them on wireless products and services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and communication while working alongside a supportive and energetic team. What You’ll Do
- greet customers warmly and professionally within a retail setting
- Recommend AT&T products, services, and accessories that fit their needs
- Explain product features in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Work toward personal and team sales goals (with full training and support)
- Learn sales, communication, and customer service skills through hands-on experience
- Help create a positive and energetic retail environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
