Brand Ambassador

Duties

• Engage with customers at retail locations and promotional events to build interest and excitement around our brands
• Conduct product demonstrations that clearly highlight key features and benefits
• Assist with marketing strategies and help improve customer outreach efforts
• Contribute to office culture by sharing event updates, creating engaging content, and responding to audience questions
• Support the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating positive interactions
• Represent the brand through promotional activities and public speaking opportunities that strengthen brand awareness

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently explain products and engage with a variety of people
• Bilingual skills are a plus and can help connect with a wider customer base
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in marketing, event promotions, or public speaking, with a proactive approach to learning
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and motivated to represent brands professionally in different settings
