About Us
We build air conditioners and heaters for camper vans and RVs. Our customers rely on these systems in real-world conditions, so support needs to be practical and reliable.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer support tickets (email phone calls facetime)
- Help troubleshoot AC/heater issues and installations
- Assist with parts fulfillment and shipping when needed
- Work hands-on with units (testing, installs, repairs on customer vehicles)
- Document common issues into simple guides/FAQs
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on and practical — you like figuring things out
- Familiar with vans, RVs, or 12V/electrical systems (preferred)
- Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical or HVAC-related issues
- Clear communicator (written verbal)
- Reliable and easy to work with in a small team
Nice to Have
- Vanlife / overland experience
- HVAC or mechanical background
- Experience with installs or repairs
