Summit Surgical Center, a brand-new ambulatory surgery center (ASC) located in the Las Vegas Valley, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Tech to join the team.

Hours: Mon - Friday, hours can be discussed and determined based on the applicant and clinic needs. Seeking full time candidates, but open to discuss part time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
- Support the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and maintain a sterile environment.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
- Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Verify supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards (AAAHC, OSHA, Medicare)
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
- Experience and familiarity with fluoroscopy and neurostimulation procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
