About the Role:
We are seeking a Personal Injury Patient Coordinator to join our team at Velazquez Pain Relief Center in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves working closely with personal injury patients to ensure they receive the support they need to recover from their injuries and with the attorneys so they may represent their clients with confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up care for personal injury patients
- Date entry with minimal errors
- Effectively communicate with professionals to provide updates on patient progress.
- Sending and receiving signed lien forms from attorneys and patients
- Tracking treatment plans and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting coordinating patient care
- Strong communication, verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of medical terminology and personal injury processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- ECW (E-Clinical Works) experience is a PLUS!
