Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
- Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities
- Drive continuous improvement, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Analyze manufacturing processes using SPC, Minitab, or QI Macros
- Manage non-conformances, audits, defect tracking, and quality reporting
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality and reliability issues
- Implement and maintain supplier quality management programs
- Lead, train, and develop the Quality Department team
- Support warranty investigations and root cause analysis
- Travel as required
- Strong background in manufacturing quality systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a production environment
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and SPC
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and improvement focused
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Quality 3 years experience OR
- Associate degree 8 years manufacturing quality experience
- Project Management experience preferred
