Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager for Construction business with strong administrative skills and hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online a must!!!!!. This role is essential to the day to day operations of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently while supporting both finance and HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Use QuickBooks Online to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Support onboarding and HR documentation
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with phone calls
  • Foster a positive, organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Construction office management, administration, or related field
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exchange
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
