Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager for Construction business with strong administrative skills and hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online a must!!!!!. This role is essential to the day to day operations of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently while supporting both finance and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Use QuickBooks Online to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with phone calls
- Foster a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Construction office management, administration, or related field
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exchange
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
