No prior medical experience is required. We provide hands-on training and teach you the skills necessary to become a successful Medical Assistant in our practice.

About the Position
As a Medical Assistant/front desk Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in both clinical and patient-facing responsibilities.
You will learn how to:
Welcome and communicate with patients
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Assist physicians and clinical staff
Perform patient intake and rooming procedures
Take and document patient information
Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care
Learn medical terminology and clinical workflows
Maintain accurate patient records
Follow safety and infection-control protocols
Support front desk and daily office operations
Provide an exceptional patient experience
Multiple Locations
Our practice currently operates across five locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area, and team members may be scheduled at different locations throughout the week.
Important: You will generally work at one location per day.
Because our team supports multiple locations, reliable transportation and flexibility to work at different offices are required.

A naturally welcoming, polished, and confident demeanor.
