Job Title: Patient Liaison / Bilingual *Korean or Spanish* perferred

Direct Report: Practice Administrator
Position Summary:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to efficiently operate the organizations.
Scope of Responsibility: Office Coordinator
· Maintain patient and Physician schedule in billing system
· Answer phones, appointment scheduling, surgery scheduling.
· Check email/voicemail to respond to time-sensitive messages from patients and Physician.
· Contact patients and provide updates on benefits and financial responsibility. Remind patients of time-of-service payments. Request additional information if needed.
· Collect patient payments / balance daily reports
· Obtain and mail medical records when required.
· Coordinate activities to ensure efficiency and quality service is delivered within all section
of the clinic. Constantly assess patient flow, wait time and schedules.
· Audit office practices, documentation, and process to assure to office policies and
procedures, including but not limited to auditing patient accounts and monitoring the
billing system for errors and follow up.
· Assure that the office physical appearance is properly maintained and in excellent
condition for patients and doctors
Front or back office medical experience *Bilingual perferred *( Korean or Spanish)
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing, record keeping and scanning
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Knowledge of principles and practices of Medical office procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
