What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time In-House Videographer position at Vein911® Vein Treatment Centers?
Vein911 Vein Treatment Centers, ED911, and HPS are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly capable In-House Videographer to lead day-to-day video and photo content production across all three brands. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and experienced in capturing, editing, and delivering polished visual content that supports marketing, education, events, and brand growth. Working closely with leadership, this person will help bring each company’s message to life through patient testimonials, physician education videos, event coverage, action photography, and other high-impact creative assets.
This position is in-person, five days per week, based out of the Tampa Admin Office, with regular travel between offices, clinics, events, and other local shoot locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Capture and produce high-quality video content across Vein911, ED911, and HPS initiatives, including:
- Patient testimonials
- Physician education videos
- Event coverage
- Brand storytelling content
- Internal and external promotional materials
Plan, set up, and execute on-location and in-office video shoots, including lighting, audio, framing, and camera operation
Capture action photography and behind-the-scenes content for use across marketing, branding, and communications channels
Edit video content from raw footage to final deliverables using DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro, including:
- Cutting and sequencing footage
- Audio cleanup
- Color correction/grading
- Motion graphics or text overlays
- Exporting platform-ready final files
Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure deliverables align with company goals and brand standards
Organize and manage media files, footage libraries, project timelines, and final asset delivery across all three companies
Travel to clinics, events, and off-site locations as needed to capture content and ensure timely production
Support the creation of video content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and internal initiatives
Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and brand presentation across all video and photography assets
Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities
Qualifications
- 1 year of videography, video production, or content creation experience required
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro required
- Experience with camera operation, lighting, audio setup, and on-site shoot execution
- Strong video editing skills, with an eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
- Photography experience preferred, especially action/event photography
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and marketing
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Experience creating content for healthcare, education, events, or branded marketing is a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
