Position Overview
Vein911 Vein Treatment Centers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to work directly with our Business Operations Manager. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare administration, business operations, human resources, revenue cycle management, patient experience, technology implementation, process improvement, and organizational leadership.
This is not a traditional internship. The Business Operations Associate will play an active role in supporting key operational initiatives while gaining exposure to the leadership, strategy, and day-to-day management of a growing specialty healthcare organization. The position offers significant responsibility, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact while developing skills that translate across multiple industries.
The Associate will regularly interact with department leaders and participate in leadership meetings, providing unique exposure to executive decision-making within a growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
- Participate in leadership and departmental meetings
- Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, and operational analytics
- Assist with special projects related to growth, technology implementation, and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and operational documentation
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support call center operations, performance monitoring, and process improvement
- Participate in patient experience and service excellence projects
- Assist with billing and revenue cycle management reporting
- Support employee onboarding, engagement, and HR initiatives
- Help coordinate compliance, credentialing, and employee training activities
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and business software platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in healthcare operations, practice management, and leadership
